Life in the fast lane has its charms, but for your sanity and health, you need to stop now and then. Slow down and reflect upon yourself. How are you going? Am I looking after myself? Could I be better?
Bodies in motion tend to stay in motion: that is the Law of Inertia. Committment to physical activitly is a win/win situation. Good for your health - heart lungs etc but also for your innner being, lifts your mood makes you feel good.
This month I commit to being more active consistantly.
My mini goal is to get to 20,000 steps per day.
I need to use heavier weights for my strength training.
