    LOVE the tap dancing !! Glad you have this all set up and written out,, did you put this where you can see it EASILY so you do it???? that'll add to the motivation for those times,,,,if you have a box to check it off,, that its "done" that day,,.

Eating Frenzy

emoticon emoticon emoticon I have been on a eating frenzy since May 23 the final weigh in of the Spring Biggest Loser Challenge and I'm emoticon up 4 lbs, and 2 lbs over my emoticon danger point. It is time to put a stop to this mindless eating frenzy. I want to start the Summer "Biggest Loser Challenge" at the weight I left the Spring one.
The Summer Challenge does not start till June 16 and I knew I would get into trouble so on May 21 I joined the Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge``, I am on the 3rd week but it has not helped with the mindless eating.
Today I joined ``Lose 2-3 lbs in June 2013``, and ``June - DETERMINED to lose 10 POUNDS Challenge, hoping these will motivate me to get back on track.

emoticon emoticon emoticon Exercise in not the problem here, I am exercising everyday usually for 60 min and more. For me weigh gain or loss is 80% based on what I put in my mouth.

It has been emoticon raining here most days in the last 2-3 weeks, but is does every year at this time and the rain usually goes till the end of June, every year at this time I start putting on weight and continue to gain through the summer. In September I start all over again to get healthy as I go for my annual in October and if my blood pressure is to high, my emoticon meds will have to be changed and I won`t be able to get medical insurance to go to Arizona in Jan.
I continue eating and being healthy until we leave Arizona in April, then the struggle starts, and the battle is usually lost by June.

I get more and more down as the bad eating days continue, but I just can not seem to stop myself, self talk in not doing it, because I have positive self talks everyday, and I have asked my Greater Power for help.

Feeling Lazy Today

I don't seem to have any get up and go today, and my food intake the last 3 days has been very unhealthy, which is likely why I feel lazy.
Today is going to be a healthy day for me, and it has started with a healthy smoothie for breakfast.

    so true! when I eat all my comfort foods, high in calories, low in nourishment, my energy goes out the window.
less food, but 'good stuff', including herbs etc, gets me active.

Slow but Sure

When I went to the Doctor in September was down 12 lbs since last year, not great but better then a gain. I am currently down 3 more and have only 6 more to a look ok weight and 14 more to goal weight. At goal weight I will be a cuddly size 8 (not to skinny). and my face won't be thin and full of wrinkles.

Changes I have made in the last year include:
1. Lots of regular exercise: Tibetan rites most day, weights 2X a week, cardio 5 or more times a week.
2. The only oil I use is coconut, this has helped my good cholesterol with a ratio of 2.2
3. I have had a smoothie with coconut milk and fruit every morning for over a year.

I am a member of the Red Team on the biggest loser and am hopping by the end of this 10 week challenge I will be a goal weight.

    Go red team!! Sounds like you are so close to goal--I'm sure that with the challenge we can get you there. I didn't know much about coconut oil lowering cholesterol. I have high cholesterol and would like something besides prescription meds to bring it down (before I had kids I lost 50 pounds and is still only brought my levels down like 12 points, I'm genetically doomed).

Starting Again

I've been off track for more than 2 weeks and have gained weight.
Today I am starting the 10 lbs in 30 days again.
The good thing is I'm am down 5.5 lbs since the first time I started it so I'm not starting from the beginning just starting again.
