Sumo Deadlifts (slow down/fast up) w/15 lb = 10 reps x3

Chest Press w/8 lb = 10 Reps x3
Alt Arms Chest Press w/8 lb = 20 Reps x3
Chest Press (fast up/slow down) w/8 lb = 10 Reps x3
Chest Press Pulses w/8 lb = 10 Reps x3

Squats w/15 lb = 10 Reps x3
Sumo Squats w/15 lb resting on shoulders = 10 Reps x3
Squats (1/2 down & hold, then down and 1/2 up & hold) w/15 lb = 10 Reps x3
Sumo Squats w/one arm up (without weights - I tried but it was really hard) = 5 Reps ea x3

Tricep Press ups w/8 lb = 10 Reps x3

Day 9 of 90 ~ Happy Father's Day!

After a nice breakfast, Dad (my hubby) decided to take the kids and I for a fun-filled hike. It was a gorgeous day for celebrating Dad's day doing what he loves the most, being with his family no matter what the activity.

My husband and I dropped our car off to get an oil change then walked over a mile to eat lunch which to our surprise had closed down. We then turned around to walk back to the car, stopping at the mall for a bit to kill some more time for them to finish with the car. It was a good, refreshing walk but we were hungry by then and went to another place to eat lunch.
May try to get some yoga stretches done later this evening but I'm pretty full right now. emoticon

    Walk away the pounds and you know if you kinda "spring" up when you walk (NOT as dramatic as walking lunges but you get the picture?) you burn more cals with the fuller movement. Just a T tip. Keep it up I believe in you, your the BESTEST!

I had planned to make it my active "rest" day but at lunch decided to work 30 min of Wii fit using weights.

Tomorrow's Goal: Active Rest, usually consists of a lot of walking!
