Woke up without having the chance to get my AM yoga session done. emoticon
I plan to meditate and journal before bed tonight.
After work, I plan to workout to Bob Harper's Inside Out Method / Body Rev - Cardio Conditioning for 60 min. plus QuickFire plus W1D1 emoticon

Vacation is over and I need to get back on track ~
I was doing pretty good before vacation then while on vacation, I worked around the house and used that as my "exercise" for the day but my eating habits were atrocious!

Goals for Tuesday:

AM = emoticon
Meditate 15 min. / Journal 15 min.
QuickFire = Runners Lunge 50x2
Lunch = walk or Treadmill emoticon
PM = Bob Harper's Inside Out Method / Body Rev - Cardio Conditioning
W1D1 - 100 Pushup Challenge emoticon

Document my food intake ~ make better choices!

Tough to stay focused

All through the practice, my mind kept wandering around making me get distracted. Oh well, got 'er done.
After work, I did 45 min workout using weights. It's a hot day today!
