Since I went to the chiropracter after work I didn't go the Y. Instead came home and made a healthy dinner with my husband, am logging info to sparkpeople now... and then I'm going to watch criminal minds while I march in place with cans of vegetables doing exercises standing and marching. I feel great!

Had a superstressful workday.. and I still exercised and ate healthy. My mantra is ... I want to be healthy ... fit by 40!! I can do this!!

Wasn't biggest loser wonderful tonight on tv? I loved it!!

I am feeling good. Tonight I met my best friend out to eat to do Christmas. She let me choose, and I picked Jason's deli, because I can eat fairly healthy there. I had the spinach veggie wrap with fruit, and water. And... no ice cream!! I feel great that though she wanted comfort food, I held strong for me... and a place I felt safe to go that I would make good choices.

well I didn't give in to the stress... despite the negativity in the workplace, I didn't resort to eating junk though my plans for the Y fell through with my work out partner, I am exercising tonight in front of the tv, walking in place and lifting cans of vegetables while I watch tv. I figure if I let myself watch tv, there is no reason to sit down, I can work out at the same tiime.

    I agree...good for you! I stood and folded and put away laundry for about an hour today....(lots of loads that I had been putting off taking care of) I did not feel great today, so that is all I could do. However, I felt better once I had moved around a bit. Isn't it funny? Just a little exercise helps! I like your creativity in finding some exercise in spite of less than ideal circumstance. Keep on going - you can do it! emoticon

lost weight how do I log it

I need help remembering where I go to log my weight loss. I tried the weigh in report, to change my start date and stop date, and it won't let me even do that. Is there a tutorial for those of us who can't remember?? :)
