Day 138 It's my cheat night!

Weight: 140.4lbs (-0.5lb)

New low...once again not by much. I'm inching my way down though this week.
Doubt I'll lose 1.6lbs by tomorrow on a cheat night though....but if I lose 0.6 I'll be happy to only miss it by 1 pound. Today is a cardio and strength training day.

Weight: 140.9lbs (+0.2lb) AF got heavier

Just falling behind this morning...too much to do on a pay day. Have walk this morning, strength after lunch and treadclimber after Alyese gets done with homework. Besides cleaning, bill paying, grocery list/coupons then shopping after hubby gets home.

Weight: 140.7lbs (-1.1lbs)

New low...not by much but still lower. I just have cardio today...so either walking with walking group or treadclimber depending how I feel this morning. (decided to do both)
So tired this morning, no idea why...went to bed early and it still didn't help.

Day 135 ugh

Weight: 141.8lbs (same) AF started last night and I started B/C

So this week's gonna be crappy weigh-in's AF started and I'm back on B/C. I haven't been on anything in over 2 years. I'm on low-pills this time so hopefully I won't gain real bad this time. This might mean i won't make my goals this month though depending how much the pills will affect me this time. I have cardio/strength training today. I'm leaning towards using the treadclimber today after I take my daughter to the bus stop.

Weight: 141.8lbs (+0.9)

Figures on a weigh-in day i'd gain and feel like crap all at once. I'm getting a cold...today's workout is gonna suck. I'm supposed to go walking with a new group this morning after Isabel is dropped off at the bus. I also have strength exercises. Not sure if the gain was due to miscalculating my calories somehow or maybe not enough water.

    Don't let the scale rule you emotions. I have always found that if I work through it and get through my work out I never regret it and always feel better about myself. If I don't follow through I do regret it and always feel worse. These are the daily battles we must fight and win to reach our finish line!

You can do it!!! Of course the day is over and I hope you feel better!!!

    Don't worry, you are following a healthy life style. Don't get tied down to the scale. Continue eating right and exercising it will show in other ways. Just take care of yourself today if you are feeling bad! Hope you feel better. Keep Sparking! emoticon
