Weight: 147.7lbs (-1.1lbs)

Hoping if I do another low calorie day today I'll drop another 1.7lbs to reach monday's goal weight...wishful thinking but it could happen...especially if all my gain this week was just temporary water weight. Upped my strength training to 15min instead of 10min this week....gonna add 5min each week that i'm not feeling it. Today is a rest day, so keeping the calories on low side is a good plan. Today I also need to do my weekly measurements and pics...hoping for good numbers.

Weight: 148.8lbs (+1.1lbs)


Yesterday was a bad calorie day for sure and my weight shows it....gonna try to make this a low calorie day to help balance it out. Did a 26min jog for 2 miles on treadmill and plan on doing strength training too....since this was skipped yesterday. Bad over-planning on my part and laziness combined. Hopefully my efforts show in tomorrows weigh-in and Monday's BIG weigh-in day.

Weight: 147.7lbs (+0.7lb) AF still here...grr

Busy day....need to walk either on treadmill or outside weather permitting and do strength exercise and I have to make biscuits for tonight's Bunko. Sigh no idea how I'm gonna do it all today with no energy.

Weight: 147lbs (+0.7lb)

Looks like AF is leaving today...Hubby and my middle child come home this afternoon. I have a ton to do tomorrow...don't want to think about it. Need to make something for tomorrow night's event today....Need to go to bank and cash out a check i got to pay for kids school stuff and tomorrow's bunko...so 36 bucks total....need to finish laundry and clean house...and my workout on my treadclimber...ugh.

Weight: 146.4lbs (+0.2lb gain) Not surprised with AF getting heavier.

Plan on using treadclimber this morning, then shower get dressed, get everything gathered to go run errands, go to bank, go to dollar store, go drop off extra kid, come home and have lunch, then pick up for sale toys, clean the house, then have early dinner then go bounce place for a kids b-day then back to their house for cake and presents....then bedtime for kids. No strength training today...rest day for it.
