Weight:152.3lbs (-1.4lbs) AF still here

So 2.3lbs to lose plus 1 pound that was supposed to be this week's lost= 3.3 by that's wishful thinking. Plan on doing 30min on my treadclimber. Monday is my day off from exercise. Can't wait to go grocery shopping friday and start my new diet that came with the treadclimber. Ugh my house is a mess so cleaning is today's main agenda. Also hopefully selling some of my fat clothes today...gave away the first lot I trying to sell the rest to get more slim down clothes.

    Good for you for making so much progress that you need to get rid of fat clothes! That is awesome! I am not at that stage yet, but I am working on it and starting to see some minor results. As long as the weight is coming off, however slowly, works for me.

weight: 153.7lbs (-0.4) AF is heavy...ugh and stopped up for past couple of days...aargh!

So 3.7lbs to lose to get back on track and another pound on top of that to be right on schedule for Monday...unless AF leaves by then it's not gonna happen. I plan on doing my wii active and bowflex treadclimber today. Also the kids have something at 4pm.....and hopefully a lady gives me a date/time this weekend so I can get a wagon from her. Wish me luck on all fronts....hopefully next week's new diet helps me out.

My head has been killing me...

Yay! my bowflex treadclimber just arrived in the mail! now once it's put together I can kick my exercise plan in high gear!!!!

My sister suffers with migraines to the point of nausea and she sometimes gets relief by taking Alka Seltzer { she calls it liquid aspirin} and it helps.

weight:154.1lbs (+0.7lbs) AF still here

I guess this means i'm gonna gain all last months efforts back in one week. This seems to happen every time I add strength exercises to my routine...I'm hoping it's just muscle but still not happy about it the gain. I'm gonna try to not think about it too much....just wondering how much do you gain with muscle? and does it go up everyday you workout?

    i weigh in every's part of my daily journaling.. I have weekly monday weigh-ins that are what really counts. I only obsess when I have a goal number.....I haven't dieted like this in over 10 years when I had to lose weight for work at the time. Considering I only have 4 days till monday weigh-in and now 4.1lbs to be even remotely where I'm supposed to be...considering I only try to lose 5lbs a month shows that that much gain feels crazy to me.

    How often are you weighing yourself? I weigh the same day every week. This helps me not obsess about the number so much. Weight training will add some lbs, but will also help your body fat percentage. It so important, so don't give up!

Day 69 no sleep...ugh

Weight: 153.4lbs (+0.2lb) AF day 2

Like I said a week of bad weigh-in's....
I didn't get much sleep last night...Evan woke up at 3am and didn't go back to sleep till 5am...then hubby got up for work and Evan woke up at 6am and has not gone back to sleep. I didn't go to bed till 10pm and couldn't fall asleep for an hour or 2....wasn't in a good mood. Today is just a visit to craft store at 3pm for a kids craft and i need to get the other frame for my project, also I plan on walking at the parade field at 6:30pm, and doing my wii active workout at some point...maybe after a nap if I can get one.
