Amazing what changing your diet can do. I have dropped 8 pounds in a month and I have yet to really go hard core on cardio and weights. It was mainly consisting of eating healthier. Keyword, healthier, I still have my weekend days but I am not going overboard. Now I am going to up my intensity with cardio and weights and try and drop 5 more but lose about 3 inches in my waist.
