Yea, one full week behind me--today starts week 2. It was a good idea to take it easy yesterday as I feel much more energetic today and not as sore. In my first week--in addition to the 10 minutes/day--I took 2 spin classes (one really intense), walked over 25 miles, pushed weights 3 times.
For day 8, I've already done the 10 minutes yoga/stretching, heading out shortly to HBC for weights and spin class.
