Feeling really tired/sore after intense spin class yesterday. Decided against yoga class to save strength for walk on the beach with DDD and the new kids. Did 12 minutes+ of yoga/stretching while the coffee brewed.
Tried out yoga poses from magazine I bought yesterday--feels very awkward but got in about 12 minutes including balance work. Did 20 minutes weights and very intense 60 minute spin with Heidi (mostly standing and sprinting) that left me super tired with sore achy legs and core. Need to be careful not to do too much too soon.
Have been back from Italy for 2 weeks but feeling yucky from jet lag, sinus headaches and a stomach bug. Did yoga yesterday morning and will do weights and spin class today. Tracking also restarts today.
