I don't think I'm exercising too much, but I do a lot. Sunday is spin and ST. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are normally 30-40 minute walk. Wednesday and Friday, it's elliptical or treadmill and ST. Saturday is rest day or maybe an amble on the beach if DH is up to it.
I'm off work Christmas week so there'll be some variation. Planning spin classes on Monday (90 min special), Wednesday and Friday with DH. This of course is after my spin and ST today. Will get ST in on Wednesday and Friday as well. Tuesday (Christmas) will be a rest day with just light stretching at home. Saturday will likley be another rest day.
Week of Dec 30--Did a 90 minute spin class after ST on Monday (rested Sunday) and will be headed to a 7am 105 minute spin today (New Year's Day).

I normally use Thursday as my official weigh in day unless I'm on a business trip and have no access to a scale. So tomorrow is it for the week of Dec. 17. Today looks promising so I'm hopeful about plateau busting by at least a few ounces.
