Day 76 of my personal 10+ minutes a day exercise

Yesterday was unusually rough because of stuff head, scratchy throat, cough and generally low energy. But just before I was ready to get into bed, I started stretching and doing balance work--12 minutes in all. The habit definitely kicked in--I was thinking that I HAD to exercise before I could go to bed---it was an undone To Do! emoticon

Friday was weights and spin. Saturday was yoga and a walk on the beach. Sunday was weights and spin. Feeling stronger and people are noticing. Today I'm heading to the gym in about 10 minutes for 25 minutes on the treadmill before work.

Monday was a round of strength training plus a 60 minute spin class. Tuesday and Wednesday I walked over 5 miles each day and did ankle exercises/stretches. Today I've done 15 minutes Balance/yoga/stretch stuff--won't get as much walking in because I'm sitting at home waiting for a call from Sprint with a password so I can view my account online--such a dumb system.

Yesterday I did a 2 hour spin class and went all out the first hour, then focused on endurance the second. Today will be pretty much a rest day but I did 15 minutes of stretch/balance work already and will fit in additional stretches and balance during the day.

Yesterday I walked 13,906 steps (more than a mile over my 10K goal) and did ankle and balance exercises for 10 minutes at PT. Today I did a full round of weight machines (12 X 12 X2) + one extra machine, then stretched and did balance/ankle exercises for 10 minutes.
