Getting far more than 10 minutes a day of exercsie most days because of my regular walking routine. But struggling with not feeling up to par, allergies and weight gain. It's most likely the wine that's contributing the excess calories.
Yesterday was unusually rough because of stuff head, scratchy throat, cough and generally low energy. But just before I was ready to get into bed, I started stretching and doing balance work--12 minutes in all. The habit definitely kicked in--I was thinking that I HAD to exercise before I could go to bed---it was an undone To Do!
