Day 53 of my personal 10+ minutes exercise per day

Sunday (Xmas) just did 15 minutes of yoga/stretch/balance esp because I had done a 2 hour spin class on Saturday. Monday was a 60 minute core balance class (exercises with stability and medicine balls). Yesterday I did 12 minutes yoga/stretch/balance and walked 4 miles. Today I will do 60 minutes of Sunrise Yoga, take a break and snack, and then do a 60 minute spin class.

It's been a challenging week because my bad ankle has been acting up but I've walked, pushed weights, done yoga/stretch/balance & floor exercises, and Sunday spin. Today DH and I will join a special holiday 2 hour spin class at HBC.

It's been a pretty good week with 10k+ steps Mon-Thu, 7.5k steps Sun, spin and weights on Fri. Today I will be heading out to yoga class shortly.

Have been doing very well. Went to hotel gym twice last week and did dvd's in my room. Saturday was yoga class, Sunday was tough because of a fight with my husband and serious lack of sleep--but I walked nearly 3 miles so that counts.

Walked 10K+ steps each day Mon through Thursday, plus did 20 minute Kathy Smith balance DVD Mon & Tue and her toning DVD Wed, and 15 minutes stretch/yoga/balance on Thur. Yesterday I did 25 minute weight circuit emphasizing legs and core, plus a 45 minute spin class. Today I'll be heading out to 75 minute yoga class shortly.
