Sunday (Xmas) just did 15 minutes of yoga/stretch/balance esp because I had done a 2 hour spin class on Saturday. Monday was a 60 minute core balance class (exercises with stability and medicine balls). Yesterday I did 12 minutes yoga/stretch/balance and walked 4 miles. Today I will do 60 minutes of Sunrise Yoga, take a break and snack, and then do a 60 minute spin class.
