Today was not a particularly good day in terms of nutrition. For lunch, we stopped off by Subway and I was about to opt for a 6" Sweet Onion Teriyaki on Whole Wheat or maybe a Veggie Delite when I noticed a "Seafood Sensation Crab" on the menu. It was tempting, and I went for it. Sadly, I went for the 12" instead of simply capping it at the 6". I also put it on an Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. The meal put me at 1, 400 calories-- simply for lunch! Next time I go to Subway I am just going to stick to the surefire low-calorie options. I believe I am headed for the gym tomorrow so I really need to put myself to work. Yesterday, I ended up being under my minimum calories so I believe it might in some way work itself out.
For tomorrow I am going to have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, probably a salad for lunch, an apple or pear as a snack and maybe a turkey and cheese sandwich. On Thursday we leave to go to another island, and a lot of my roommate's friends are making food for the days we will be there. I am definitely going to make sure that I control what I eat and I am going to run during the time there. If it had not been for that stupid sandwich, I would have been fine for today but the past is the past blah blah blah.
