whew! Did so much exercise today! I'm still sweating!
I did some short work-outs first. I did 4 minutes abs workout and 4 minutes booty workout. Then I did some strength exercises, which also made me sweaty if I might say. Funny SparkPeople doesn't count the calories wasted in strength training. Then I did some low impact aerobic which I found in Youtube. Whee. Wonderful. And then I ended it with dancing, to two Rihanna songs. It was fun!
Well the reason I did more and more exercise coz I gave in to the temptation of my fave chips : Sun Chips. Well, it's low-fat (as it said), but I feel guilty! So I searched for another video and started to work out again. Hahaha. kinda addicted to it I might say.
Well, tomorrow it's school day again. Hope it will be a good day (and I have time to exercise!).
