update on my progress

Three weeks into the weightloss program and I am still feeling good about it. Down 14lbs. yah me!!!! I try to workout everyday. I have only missed two days so far, however on tue and thur I do both curves and the curves circuit with Zumba. I feel like I need all the extra Cardio that I can get. Looking forward to new measurements after Thanksgiving.

So, after years of " carbs are bad " being drilled into my head I am actually having a hard time reaching my carb counts. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I still managed to lose 6 pounds this week. I feel great and reenergized and totally committed to this, at least for today. emoticon

10,000 steps

Who knew it would be this difficult to reach ten thousands steps a day ? When I first set this as a goal I thought " I can do this, piece of cake ".
Now if my fat rolls would stop zeroing out my pedometer I would have a more accurate count. emoticon

  I had a problem with mine also I thought it was that the thing was bad or something. The other mistake I made was putting it in my shirt pocket I did not know it had to be at your waist at all times. I have learned. emoticon
