For the last week everyone in the family has been sick and I have been able to stay healthy till last night and today. I will return when I am feeling better, I have the Common Cold

Productive and Busy

This continue to be a very productive yet busy month. I have not gained weight and on a few weeks have lost small amounts, which is good because I have not had time to exercise, it comes down to sleep time or exercise time and sleep is more important because I can control my eating. I will try to blog more, but it is difficult given the lack of time (I am doing this blog at 3:42am and I am going to bed).

    Sleep is important in weight management. Getting enough rest is integral to managing one's eating (and weight).

I am eating in the low end of my calorie range.


I what to re establish my routine, but doctor visits and surgery are making that almost impossible till November

Got 4 hours sleep (Yes I need more)

Need more hours in a day

Taught Advanced Biology students for a half day (They were great)

Fell asleep watching TV before support

Good Supper

Watched Extant

Played Solitaire Blitz

And BINGO Bash

Will be in bed by 10:30

    I thought I was getting 7 hours of sleep per night until I got a Fitbit to track my actual sleep time. Now I strive for 8. Sleep is so restorative.
