This continue to be a very productive yet busy month. I have not gained weight and on a few weeks have lost small amounts, which is good because I have not had time to exercise, it comes down to sleep time or exercise time and sleep is more important because I can control my eating. I will try to blog more, but it is difficult given the lack of time (I am doing this blog at 3:42am and I am going to bed).
