Holiday pounds

Okay they say the first thing is to admit your failures and acknowledge them.
Well, here it goes SP I have gained back 7 lbs since November 2009! This is horrible, but not broken in spirit because I have faith in myself to lose the 7 lbs and my additional 45 lbs to hit my goal.
With your help and support I will reach my goals and dreams.

11/03/09 New month, new goal----- oh yeah Birthday month....

Lately, I have been really sick with sinus infection and upper respiratory. I haven't worked out in a week and half. Some how I have lost four pounds so, maybe my body need the break?
Well, anyways it's the first of the a new month and I have big goals for myself.
I want to drop 10lbs by December 11th! My Christmas party will be in Miami on a yacht. I want to be smoking hot in some kind of cute dress. I have always gone in what was comfortable and what could fit at the time. Well, this year I'm going to be hot for myself.
Wish me luck and now it's time to stop talking and start moving although right now I'm at work but making healthy decisions.

Today, I realized that my clothes are fitting differently and it's encouraging to keep going.
Nothing will stop me from achieving my goals.

    You can totally do that. Eat every 2-3 hours. Get that protein in and good healthy foods. Lots of water and rack up those fitness minutes. Good Luck!!

    Andrade666- The only thing I can tell you that I did was change my behavior with food and working out and most importantly being consistent with logging my food and workouts. I ate very clean and allow myself to splurge one day a week but know that you have to cut back something else.
1. NO SODA at all!
2. Staying positive and look and the mirror every day and I LOVE ME just the way I'm... It does work.
3. Eat less and move more. Stay within your calorie range, know I can count in my head how many calories I'm eating without thinking twice about it. I'm not perfect but I just know that is working for me and I have lost 8lbs in a month.
