I will not worry

Well I had to stop weiging my self because I start to get discouraged. You know I lost ten lbs in three weeks and I was excited. After that the lbs stopped, until I measured myself. Right now I am losing inches instead of lbs and gaining muscles. The thing is I can become so impatient at times and I just want things to fly by. I hope that I can lose 30 by my birthday. So I decided to work out twice a day instead of 1x. In the morning after breakfast digest then again later midway before dinner. I hope this works .

My Dad used to say everything worth having takes time and effort. I never realized how true that was until I started on this journey a few years ago.
It looks like you're very dedicated to getting fit and healthy and staying that way. Keep pushing through and eventually that scale will match your effort!

  And remember muscle weighs more than fat, so that in itself can get you mad at the scale. But losing inches, that is AWESOME, keep doing what you're doing, but we will have no self doubt, give yourself credit where it is due and I think you deserve a lot of credit for taking care of YOU.

    Unfortunately, this process does take time and patience. Not what we want to hear, and not what Society teaches us, but it is the truth. I just lifted you up in prayer...we all have our "heart" issues that manifest themselves in outward ways. I prayed for clarity and healing from those issues, as well as strength and encouragement. Losing inches but not pounds

Well the weight has slowed down, but the inches are melting away. I will not panic about it I will keep pushing fourth and get to the goal that I have set for myself. I am motivated to do this for my health and other reason I am excited. I really want to be about to have a flatter stomach than I did before. Heck I don't even know how I would look with a small tummy because its been so long since i had one.

I am in not in pain anymore from going to the dentist yesterday so I will try working out tonight. I think I will start with strength training tonight to wake my muscles back up after a two day rest. I am looking forward to this although I had to change my workout schedule for personal reasons but If God is willing I will resume back to my normal schedule February 15 2013

    Yeah I have to remember that. I am just rushing to see the results and it seems like even though my thighs and arms & chest are shrinking, my tummy is not... ugh and I work that area just as hard.

    I'll take inches over lbs any day. No one needs to know what number the scale says. But inches show progress. Awesome job!

I am so excited. Today I decided to try on a red skirt that I just got fixed 3 weeks ago because of a broken zipper. The darn thing would not even come past my knee. But today when I tried it on I was able to pull it up and zip it up with room left over. Yes I am motivated to get to 230.
