so as many of my followers (i sound like a cult leader) may know last wednesday i decided i was finally ready to lose weight again and get back down to my maintenance range which is 128-132lbs. i chose a silly week as i had tom last week but i still did pretty well.
my focus is really on my diet since i do well 99% of the time with exercise. i have only had one day since last thursday when i have blown my calorie range. ok, i lied. i have had two. one was blown with bad food and another day i blew it by 100 calories but it was all healthy clean foods so i am not so concerned with that.
i wasn't as sore from nrol4w this past week so i upped the weights today so we will see how i am tomorrow. had a successful week with running getting in 12 miles. sounds so small compared to what i used to do but i am slowly adding back miles. i will start my half plan the first week in march so i have lots of base miles to build. tomorrow i am going for 10km!
on friday we booked a night at the great wolfe lodge south of seattle for a night in feb. just going for one night so we will shop, play at waterslides, eat, sleep, play at waterslides, shop. very tiring lol! i am not shopping for anything too exciting. will probably pick up runners as they can be up to 1/2 the price compared to canada and maybe treat myself with something from the lululemon factory outlet.
