Earthquake 6.1 Napa, California

I live 45 minutes from epicenter and it woke be up 2 times. There are injuries and damage to the community. Please pray for this community and these people. It's something we live with in California. Another time to remind us to appreciate all our moments we have and to make the most of them.

    So scary, we felt the one in Big Bear. we need to always be prepared, hope not too many people were hurt, seems like a lot of damage. emoticon

Day 2 Losing 10lb in 30 Days

Day 1 went well. Didn't overeat and exercised. Today I drive home from vacation and have an appointment with my trainer so exercise no problem. Eating will be my challenge but have planned to eat healthy getting in fruits and veges with a smoothie. I feel better already when I eat well and exercise. Here I go Day 2 and thanks Spark friends for your support. It really helps. Have a healthy day too! They're the best emoticon

10 lbs in a Month

I want to lose 10 lbs. in 30 days. emoticon The hardest part for me will be food consumption. That is my challenge. Exercise I fit in - good add more. So for the next 30 days I will plan my meals the day before and track what I eat. Today is day 1. I would like to be one dress size smaller by September 20th. I appreciate all the support from my friends so thank you ahead of time. Here I go... emoticon

Below 155

YES - My goal was to be below 155 lb. by my weigh in which was today. I did it! I've been hanging with my weight and not moving the scales so I'm thrilled by this number. What is great friends have been asking if I've lost weight. Well - not much but I think my body is getting more in shape. I'm definitely eating better minus the slips ups and exercising more. So...my next goal is 150lb. by June 1st. I'm getting closer to my weight goal but more importantly my health habits are improving. I want to say THANK YOU to all my Spark Friends who are a part of my journey helping me along the way. Have a great week. emoticon

Day 39 of 100 day streak 10 minutes exercise daily

Achieved - 66 minute brisk walk with friend, soccer scrimmage with family 45 minutes - Tracker 15,084 steps. A good day! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.
