YES - My goal was to be below 155 lb. by my weigh in which was today. I did it! I've been hanging with my weight and not moving the scales so I'm thrilled by this number. What is great friends have been asking if I've lost weight. Well - not much but I think my body is getting more in shape. I'm definitely eating better minus the slips ups and exercising more. So...my next goal is 150lb. by June 1st. I'm getting closer to my weight goal but more importantly my health habits are improving. I want to say THANK YOU to all my Spark Friends who are a part of my journey helping me along the way. Have a great week.
