I have always been a "yes, please!" kind of person. Would I like to go on an outing? Yes, please! Would I like to see your pictures of your new puppy? Yes, please! Would I like another piece of chocolate cream pie? Yes, please!! So for me dieting was always a time of saying NO to everything - and that wasn't really very fun. But with a SHIFT OF MIND to thinking about being healthy - everything becomes "yes, please" once again! Now my questions are in terms of good health. Do I want maximum energy? Yes, please. Great! Then make sure you get plenty of protein at each meal. And, if you haven't found out yet - getting enough protein cures cravings and ensures fullness until the next time to eat. Would I like great skin and hair? Yes, please! OK!! Then make sure to eat plenty of fruits & veggies and take your fish oil! And do not forget to drink lots and lots of WATER. I can say yes to all these things - and the "no's" just don't seem to fit in there anywhere.
