Well I am soo impressed with myself...3kg in two weeks. What a great start to a new healthier me. I've started changing the way I cook my food as well as what I'm eating. I'm using the grill more often, steaming my vegetables and dry roasting my meat in foil with spices.
I've started using low fat cheese spread instead of butter in my sandwiches (which I must say is very tasty), cooking more cauliflower and mixing it with my potato's (same portion size but double the veg, and again very tasty).
What I need to start doing now is exercise, I've put my clothes ready for wii, Zumba and walking...but that's where they've stayed.....well two out of three isn't bad
