After my week of no snacking after dinner, I lost 2 pounds But if you add in the weight gain from over last weekend, when I completely went off the deep end, my weight loss from Monday to Friday is 5.2 pounds.
So, was it hard not to snack after dinner every night?? Surprisingly it was not so hard. I think that once you set your mind to it, and know that the end result is going to be pleasing, it really does make it easier.
Will I continue along with my no snacking after dinner??? Absolutely! Now I need to beef up my exercise routine. It has been so cold here this week, I just have not wanted to do much in the way of exercise. Had I been a little more active, I may have lost a few more ounces. So, next week I will be adding more activity into my days.
