It was harder to control my snacking and eating on the weekend. I skipped breakfast, ate a good lunch, but in the evening I kept wanting to snack, even though I had had a good meal. I wasn't hungry, just had an appetite.
But I managed to stay within my calorie range, so it's all good. I need to eat more veggies. Veggies and fruit are on the grocery list for tomorrow. I have apples and celery on hand, just need to eat them.
Tomorrow I will weigh-in for the week. I'm setting Sunday as my official weigh-in day. That's what I love about doing this on my own as opposed to Weight Watchers. I can weigh myself in the mornings first thing and it "counts".
