I'm not saying "starting all over" because I have made a lot of changes even though it has not shown up on the scale. I eat gluten free most of the time and when I don't, I get back on my diet within 24 hours, not the two weeks of spiraling that I used to do. I want to exercise, even though I have broken my left foot (broke my right foot one year ago). This time it is not my driving foot, yeah! I will figure out how to get my cardio done with my upper extremities or in the pool when able and I will continue to lift weights. I am much stronger than I was a year ago and can actually use the crutches and lower myself to the floor for scooting down the steps, ect. My blood pressure has been 124/79 average lately and I don't want to loose that momentum. I love reading about others who have had to loose 100 lbs and how they've overcome obstacles. So I'm not giving up yet. Keep me in your prayers
