My frist week

Well i made it i finshed my frist week at Spark.com. Think i did very well this week. I only had one day where i didn't do the excerise that i had planed for that day. I still need to work on the nutrition part of things. I had one day where and met everything and the rest of the days i was either to low in something or to high in something. I am proud of myself for finsihing my frist week. I love this site it is very supportive. Tomarrow is weigh in day and i am a little nervous. I hope i lose weight. I'm feelinf better emotionally as well.

    Congratulations on your first week! This is for YOU so don't compare to others and do let people support you! Have you joined a spark team? Look for one that is connected to something you like--walking, a certain city, new mom, whatever--and get "involved". That will really help you keep on track!

Good luck with weigh-in tomorrow and remember--you are already making healthy changes so don't give the scale too much importance. Over time, the numbers will go down.

my journey towards a healthier life

Today is my frist day. As the day started off i was excited and felt good about completing my frist strength workout. i was even proud of myself for doing a 20 minute walk afterwards. Then as the day went by i found that excitment that i had was going away. Then i saw how much calories i consummed today and now i'm discourgaed. the thoughts of i can't do this is starting to creep in. I want this so badly.

    Great start! Don't let a couple of poor choices lead you get discouraged. You are MORE than numbers on a scale. You made some great choices already and there are more successes to come. Just do one day at a time. You are worth this effort. We all want you to be healthy. emoticon

    Hey, you have done great!! Just by being here, you have made that first big step towards a healthier you!! And ST & walking-that's awesome!!

It's tough to work on everything at once, but think of small changes that lead to huge successes down the road!!

I PROMISE if you will come here each day, use the trackers and learn from them, and NEVER GIVE UP, you will amaze yourself at what you can achieve!!

I know you want this badly, and together with the help of your new Spark family, you WILL succeed!! But you have to be patient & forgiving with yourself!! This is a lifestyle change, & not another diet!! We're all tired of those!!

    you can do it!!! Most people diet but don't exercise and you did that!!. Just try to eat more fruits and veggies instead of chips or cookies and such. If their is something you crave and just have to have eat it one day later this week or just have a small taste of it. Browse through the spark as it has soooooooooo much info to offer and great recipes too. Make gradual changes you can live with. emoticon emoticon emoticon
