Good morning all,

Well I made it to Friday! I am so happy and tired. My new workout program is whooping my you-know-what! I'm determined to stick with it because I know it is necessary. I am looking forward to this weekend and rest.

Wonderful Wednesday

What a wonderful day! I feel great and am so excited about this day. I had a fantastic workout this morning, connected with Hubby and made it to work on time.

My goal today is to eat my recommended calories and stick with healthy choices. I will try to workout for 30 minutes this afternoon (mostly cardio) while I wait for my Hubby to pick me up and off to the apartment to relax and enjoy my evening.

Not My Best

I am not feeling very sparky today...my mood is a bit low. It is definitely a music day. I missed my workout this morning and will have to make it up this afternoon.

I will keep happy thoughts and force a good mood today. I will not go down without a fight!

    I am feeling a bit low today as well, so at least we have a little company. emoticon

Happy Monday!

Today I officially started my Monday - Friday exercise program. I work out in the mornings from 3:00 am - 3:45 am and 7:00 am - 8:00 am Saturday. Sunday I rest. My problem has been a lack of energy so I started taking NO2 and it seems to work because I had plenty of energy to get my workout done this morning. I am loading up on protein in the morning and tapering off during the day (many small meals).

Back on the Wagon Again

I started my healthy living program again, for the last time. Of course I have more pounds to lose this time (40 lbs) and I am committed to get it done this time. I am making small changes and assessing their affect to determine what works for me. I am convinced a slow metabolism is part of my problem with losing weight. I have to eat several small meals daily which is a challenge in itself.

I hope to post daily blogs and weekly progress photos as a way to stay motivated. I will seek the help of you all on SP to help me along.
