I started my healthy living program again, for the last time. Of course I have more pounds to lose this time (40 lbs) and I am committed to get it done this time. I am making small changes and assessing their affect to determine what works for me. I am convinced a slow metabolism is part of my problem with losing weight. I have to eat several small meals daily which is a challenge in itself.
I hope to post daily blogs and weekly progress photos as a way to stay motivated. I will seek the help of you all on SP to help me along.
