 
 
 
GOLDEN CORRAL OR SOUTH BEACH DIET ?Saturday, February 11, 2012
Wow as most of you know dh and i don't leave our little town but usually once a month and yesterday was the day ! The town next to us is 16 miles from where we live and dh 's son lives there so we went to see him and went to the pet shop christian book store and manards ! Dh and i don't like to get out on the holidays so he said are we going to eat out for Valentimes today ?

You can have both - Golden Corral and South Beach Diet. We have a Golden Corral about 65 miles from here and I love it. It is one of the easiest places to eat on plan. You can get $10 of really healthy food there. I love their salad bar. It is one of the best and they have lots of great veggies and meat selections. I avoid the bread, starches, and the dessert table. Their dessert really isn't that great nor worth the calories. Very generic tasting. I have been having problems with my computer for awhile now if it crashes i will have to give it up there is no way i can afford another one ! 
I can't afford to pay to have it fixed if it cost alot but whats wrong with it i can still get to sparkpeople thru the search bar i can't make it my home page ! I thought maybe someone has had the same issues and could help me fix it ! When i go to internet explorer i got a 403 error page everytime also i got my computer on a breaker bar and the only way i can turn it off is by cutting power on the breaker bar and your not suppose to do that ! I have no problems turning it on ! I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP I CAN GET ! THANK YOU !

I WOULD LOOK UP RESTORE EVERYTHING AND TRY THAT OR SET YOUR COMPUTER BACK TO ORIGINAL DEFAULTS/GOOD LUCK

I've been having similar challenges - also with a website I use every day for work. (Manta.com) So I called THEM and asked why I was having such constant issues with their site - and they also suggested downloading Mozilla Firefox. One of the hotel business center computers I use regularly simply WOULD NOT open SparkPeople; their IT person downloaded Mozilla Firefox and now their business center works! I am presently working with Mozilla Firefox; WVGOLFER is right on all counts. Good luck and God bless - I KNOW how frustrating this is!!!!!!!! I wrote down ubuntu linex - in case I need it.

You could try to download firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo x/new/ or possibly try google Chrome or Opera. They are alll browsers which will do the same thing as IE. I prefer any of the others over IE personally. As far as they computer not shutting down without the power switch. There may be a few things you can try. I am assuming you are running some version of windows, so with that in mind. I would run a scandisk, should be in system tools and also try to defrag the computer. If you have no luck after that, you can always download or order (for only a few bucks to handle shipping) an Ubuntu Linux cd which is an operating system. Its similar to windows and way more secure, say goodbye to viruses and malware. As I no longer run windows, and do not know what version of windows you have, I would recommend doing a google search to learn more about the scandisk and defrag if you aren't familiar with them. It took 3 regular truckloads-3 huge truckloads- 3 carloads daughter -me and her dad and two young men in their 20's working from 9-5 only taking an hour off for lunch to make this happen ! 
HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN IN MY LIFETIME ! 
THIS IS NOT GOOD ! BUT I KNOW GOD ANSWERS PRAYER SO KEEP PRAYING MY FRIENDS AND THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT ! 
Hopefully life will get back to normal next week whatever normal is ! 
Actually sparkpeople is the reason i paid to have it fixed i don't use it for much more but
