I started a week long class yesterday. It is interesting and will benefit my 8th grade Earth Science class, but I'm back to my school schedule. It was actually easy getting up this morning, I even woke up before my alarm went off; but the first lecture was hard to sit through & stay awake for. It was interesting, the lack of sleep was just getting to me, plus the lecturer had a somewhat monotone voice.
So why was I up before 5:15 am, I wanted to get in my 6 mile run, which I did. At least tomorrow is a later start, due to my group meeting the rest of the class in SF, instead of driving a half an hour south to turn around and go an hour and a half north. Anyway I'm hoping to get more sleep and still get in a small run and some Zumba before 8 am.

We had a great date night. We saw Pirates of the Caribbean and than ate a Italian restaurant. I wanted a new book to read so we went to Barnes and Noble, I didn't have any luck finding something new, so I'll have to check if I have something around here to read. If not I'll be rereading the last Harry Potter book before the movie comes out in July. The best part about last night was not have to hurry home to relieve the babysitter and getting to enjoy some time with just me and the hubby.
I did 45 minutes of Zumba and Pilates today, before picking up the kids and I'm planning on getting up early tomorrow so I can get in 6 miles before DD has to go to dance class. It's been nice not having to run for Dance, but she is ready to get back to it.
Time to get some sleep so I can get up in the morning. Have a FANTASTIC WEEKEND!!

So short and sweet, I ran 5 miles today, push mowed the lawn and played 2 games of softball. I'm tired and ready for bed, but I'm hungry so I'll be grabbing a quick snack first. I really struggled today with my run, which is why I only got 5 miles in. I just felt exhausted, so I'm hoping my snack tonight will give me enough energy to get up and run in the morning. I would eat before I run, but that usually makes me feel sick. I'll see if this works and if not I'll try something else.
