I was once again able to get in 2 cardio workouts!! YIPPEE!! I did Taebo for 1/2 hour this morning and than 20 minutes on the elliptical after school and before supper . So I'm feeling a little tired but happy that I've been able to do it and that, so far, my body is keeping up. Tomorrow I get up and run 2 miles again and then strength train after school. I'm hoping that I'm not too sore so that I'm able to get everything I want to do done:)
Stayed in range yesterday, barely, but today I'm doing great!! I'm actually under so I can still have a snack yet tonight, which after all the calories I've burned I should make sure I take in a little more
After school tomorrow, the kids, hubby and I are heading down to Yankton. We are getting a new kitty~Yippee!! We haven't had a cat in a while and I really wanted to get one a couple of months ago, but now I'm glad a waited. My parents neighbors have a black calico and it is precious!! So I'm very excited and we need to go and get some supplies, hopefully we can also eat some besides McDonalds but we'll see what the kids decide.

Yesterday was a little bit crazy for me. We had a FUN-FILLED Saturday night, maybe a little too much fun. Yet I felt pretty good on Sunday, only a little tired, which was good, since we were taking the moms out for lunch. Johann and I got home with enough time to shower and change the kids and head out of lunch. That was experience in patience, but after getting seated and some food into the kids all was well. I even did really well for lunch, which made you feel good, since my night before was not so good. After getting home we all took much needed naps and than I worked on grading papers.
My weekend was done so fast and today it was Monday again. I had a good day! I got a good night's sleep and got my cardio in this morning. Went to school, came home and did some abs and calf raises, made dinner and than off to the School Board meeting, my turn to take notes.
I got home just in time to kiss the kids good night and finish my sparking. I have 2 miles to do in the morning and I'm looking forward to it.

I had a better good day today, besides not wanting to get out of bed this morning. This cold, windy and wet weather is NOT helping my motivation. I did great all week getting up and working out, even getting up to the school to do my running on the treadmill, but today was a struggle. I did do the 15 minute Cardio Crunch Workout from Sparkpeople. It's not a bad workout, but I didn't get in enough time for my goal. So when I got home from school today, I got on the elliptical for 30 minutes, which made me feel whooped, in a good way!
I have to run again tomorrow to stay on track with my 5k training and than I have a break for Mother's Day. Hopefully I can be good this weekend with my calories so that I see something come out of all this cardio.
The only problem with that is that we are going out Saturday night to Toby's, which is a chicken place that I worked out of 6 years of my life:) We are going to eat dinner with my sister and BIL and than stay for the band. It will be fun but it will also probably kill my calorie count if I'm not careful! This will also be difficult because if all the old regulars are there, there will be LOTS of drinking. At least I'm a light weight now and can use that as an excuse for not over-drinking!
It will be a fun-filled weekend when you add in Mother's Day.
