6. Exercise : 1. Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday & Saturday 60
Minutes of Yoga+stretching+strength Exercise
routine : Monday exercise done Saturday did not achieve
2. Brisk walk for 55 minutes five times in a week : So far only one day
3. Table tennis Playing Every Sunday 120 Minutes : Played for 100 Minutes as against 120 Minutes

    Day 1, 2 & 3. Nothing much happened. Other then water intake and fruits/vegi intake no other goals met. I feel depressed.

Yoga

Yesterday I was playing table Tennis. I met guy who started palying since last one month. He came to me and ask whether I am doing Yoga . I was surprised and I asked him why this quetion. His answer was that it shows on my face. The glo of Yoga is refleecting on my face. I am still wondering whetehr this can be true. Any way I really felt good about it and my resolution to do yoga daily has become more firm.
