I figured I'd start my journaling with an action step, but it's taking me awhile to figure out where my biggest problem lies. I thought it was working out consistently, but I actually work hard 3-4 days a week, all day, on my house, currently replacing the roof. Just because I don't get to a gym, doesn't mean I'm not exercising. I think the area I most slip up in is my morning and evening routines. I have short lists to keep my house in order that I should do every day, and I've been working so hard, that I keep letting it slip. They don't take too long, I just need to "Do It Now".
