Well, I'm going to use Medifast again. I had a lot of success in the past and lost 60 lbs. Time to get back on track and reach my goal. One thing I wish I had done was to record my experience. I had a small date book that I did record my weigh ins but I didn't record anything else. So here goes.....One of the things I remember from my first go around with MF is that I did the first 4 months without a single slip up! After the first week I found that I had few cravings. The first few days are tough though and this time is no different! Key for me is staying busy as I tend to eat out of boredom especially in the evenings. My husband works evenings and I'm usually here alone, snacking has become my companion. I have several ideas I'm going to try, one of which is an "I'm bored" jar, actually 2. I've written down a bunch of little chores that I never seem to get around to like cleaning out the kitchen pantry, organizing cupboards, closets etc... In the second jar I've written some fun stuff, window shopping, bike ride, go get one of the grandkids and take them to the park etc... my plan is to pick something from one of them if I find myself feeling bored and thinking of eating off plan. Yesterday was a little tough but so far today I'm feeling pretty good.
