I was going to ask the question on the message boards but I got my answer this morning. I was going to ask if I should have sore muscles after working out at this point. I mean, I workout and afterwards my body feels like jello but the next day I don't feel anything. When I first started PIHW I was sore everyday for the first week. Well, this morning I woke up and OUCH! My arms and back are sore. So yeah, I've got my answer. I know I've been pushing hard but maybe I need to push harder. Do I? Do you? I guess I've always just associated the "gain" with "Pain".
Anyway, today is Max Cardo Conditioning and then Insanity Abs. I was supposed to do abs last night but I was just spent after nearly 2 hours of strength training. I have to say though, I am pretty happy with my progress so far and it's only been 17 days. I'm really excited to see where I'm at on day 90!!! I know I'll be in a place that I've never been in my life...physically speaking. I've never had a nice body so to see it developing is making me happy. I have no intention of becoming super muscular like those meatheads at the gym. I just want to be toned and fit.
