Since my wife started working in the evenings 5 nights a week I've been stuck in the house with my 2 young kids. I have been using this fact as an excuse to not do any exercise or eat properly. Well it is time to put the excuses behind me. I am challenging myself to start doing Tae Bo several nights per week and stop eating excessively. 7pm will be my cut off time for snacks of any kind.
I've ordered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred so when it comes I'll have another home workout to add to my growing collection. I'm excited to see what she can do for me. I love her Boot-camp style workouts so it should be fun!
My wife will be taking the kids abroad in April so I'll be able to start running and getting out again. I'd like to start playing badminton again and I really want to try a spin class. I'll have my eyes peeled for a well priced, decent mountain bike.
I'm lucky to have support around me otherwise this adventure wouldn't be nearly as easy or as much fun.
