Incredible. Time goes by so fast. I just discovered Zumba. I like it, do it every day. Now I feel inspired to track my food, read the blogs of other successful sparkers and finally write my own blog. I just read a blog and really liked her method of counting down her days. She has lost 55 pounds in 120 days, I think. I'm inspired by her.
I'm going to write my days too. But, how about I start over at Day 1A! :-)
OK. For Day 1A I drank a ton of water. Stayed within my calorie range, but ate badly. I had to take my grandkids home. It's an hour drive. We had a fully day of activities and I actually made lunch and carried it with us.
I knew I wouldn't be back home for dinner, so we ate badly. I stayed within my caloric range but I felt badly about not eating healthy. But here comes my Zumba DVD. Put that in and work out for 45 minutes. That's the way to go.
I felt much better after and drank some more water, took my vitamins and will go to bed. Satisfied.
Let's see what happens tomorrow. Here's to staying on track for more than 1 day.
