Well, it's been longer than 3 days and I'm still on track. OK. That's sort of a record! LOL 1,350 calories a day on days that I don't exercise, 1,500 on days I do exercise. I'll see how that works for a while and if I don't see any progress after 2 weeks, then I'll change the caloric intake. Changing my mindset about food is helping a great deal. Food is only fuel, it's not anything more than that! Blogging is also helping. I think it's knowing I have a sort of accountability to my fellow sparkers. I want to be able to blog a success, so I have to work for it. Makes sense to me, if not anyone else! LOL
