Incredible! I thought it was broken!! LOL Trying to blog more. Somebody's right, it is motivating!! Had problems with my asthma but still did toning exercises!! WOOHOO!! I have exercised in the a.m. for 20 and in the pm for 40 min. Walk away the pounds in the a.m. , Dance away the tummy in the pm. That was Sunday

Really fun. I even did WATP on Sunday morning and then Buns of Steel, (That's right, blew the dust off!!) in the evening. Had a healthy dinner and off to bed!

Already did bicep curls this morning. Missed WATP, too busy. Will do Office Workout from Spark today though, then more dancing tonight!! emoticon

I finally found out why I couldn't lose more than 4 pounds and keep it off. My thyroid is out of wack. After crazy dry skin, thinning hair, muscle cramps and the like. A lightbulb finally went on and I told my doctor my symptoms. He immediately said Hypothyroid. Expecially since I gained 6 pounds and had been going to the gym twice a week and eating no sugar and no bread!

I started my own research into this problem and found almost all of my symptoms. More importantly I found how to eat for my health. I'm afraid of Osteoporosis and all the other bad things the happen with an imbalanced thyroid. At least I know what the problem is and can work up from here.

    Ohhhh GIRL! Have I ever been there and done that! I had a horrible raging case of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I do hope you are getting help and get better quickly! I'm so glad you saw your doctor and he was able to diagnose you. May you get well soon! Check out Vectomega supplements....HIGH quality fish oils shall be your friend!

I spoke to a good friend of mine. She told me she lost 10 pounds! I didn't know she was dieting. But, nevertheless, I'm motivated by her. I will work harder at my own triumphs. I know what I need to do, and I get easily discouraged after working really hard and not seeing that much movement on the scale. But!! I do have some movement. That's what counts. I have to put more effort behind this endeavor. All the comments from you sparkers really helps a lot.
