Incredible! I thought it was broken!! LOL Trying to blog more. Somebody's right, it is motivating!! Had problems with my asthma but still did toning exercises!! WOOHOO!! I have exercised in the a.m. for 20 and in the pm for 40 min. Walk away the pounds in the a.m. , Dance away the tummy in the pm. That was Sunday
Really fun. I even did WATP on Sunday morning and then Buns of Steel, (That's right, blew the dust off!!) in the evening. Had a healthy dinner and off to bed!
Already did bicep curls this morning. Missed WATP, too busy. Will do Office Workout from Spark today though, then more dancing tonight!!
