Although having gained the 3 lbs I lost, losing 1 pound feels good. I guess because I'm really trying to eat right. I slacked on the exercise, but then decided to do the quick fire challenges. I could actually feel my metabolism rise. I got so much energy. Now I'm doing the quick fire challenge every chance I get. trying to get in at least 100 reps a day of squats, skater squats, wall pushups and leg lunges. I actually enjoy doing them. I can feel myself self tightening. I'm a little sore, but it's ok. Now to walk away the pounds. Been working crazy hours on a project, getting home late and feeling to bushed to workout. But the quick fire challenge is great!
