Skipped my workout yesterday, but ate lightly enough that it shouldn't matter much.

At least I'm back on track today. It's difficult for me to just let it go and move on when I mess up, but I think it's getting a little easier.

Just as I was finishing my cardio workout for today, I aggravated an old back injury of mine.

Crap. I wanted to do some strength training today as well.

At least tomorrow is my rest day. We'll see how I feel on Monday. :(
