Props to me. (clappping)
I had a lovely time on vaca, but decided to really start working hard on this re-shaping my body.
(here's where the props come in) I got home, went to the grocery store and bought tons of veggies, fruit and whole grains. I pulled out the lean meats to thaw from the freezer. I am now ready to tackle this week--well within my range. And, I have the Y's class schedule and I am going to take one everyday this week.
Oh yeah! It's ON!
