Days 9 & 10

Day 9 = a dud,sort-of! I did the 1st video, did not do the challenge. Walked 3.75 miles. Did my strength exercises. Did not complete my nutrition tracker (because I cheated and didn't want to depress myself by seeing the actual numerical damage).

Day 10 = VICTORY! I ate a good breakfast. I then walk/jogged 3 miles! Woo Hoo! I've got errand running to do this morning. I plan to do the bootcamp video this afternoon. I am so jazzed that I actually jogged!!!!

So, I didn't track much, nor did I even look at the workout/challenges for the weekend. Gonna get back on track today. Mother's day was okay. My daughter didn't give me anything (not even a homemade card-12 year olds!). My boyfriend wished me a happy mother's day, but did not come over for the brunch I made for my Mom. I went to his family's celebration, but had to leave early, which really made him upset-even though he knew. Ugh!

Bootcamp Day 6

I did the workout video. I found it challenging. I like that I am learning new exercises to do with my band and that I am getting to know some of the video workouts. I'm thinking I might want the DVD. I've got sand volleyball tonight so I'll get my 30 minutes of cardio in tonight. I didn't read the challenge for today until after I had already consumed my coffee. I have started cutting it down to a smaller amount. I like the ritual of drinking it. Don't know if I can give it up entirely. I do not drink pop, so I'm good there.

This is a web site I just discovered this morning. Check it out for a boost of joy!

I sure needed it this morning. I am wiped out from a late volleyball game last night, and I really worked hard all day yesterday. I am going to work hard today too. I kinda like the feeling of a day well used.

Bootcamp Day 4

UGH! Abs workout was rough! I should do that video every other day, just to try and complete it. I definitely need work on mt belly.

I've also had the munchies really bad this afternoon. I guess all that cleaning this morning made me hungry. I had a low calorie lunch, but then had a high calorie snack with the kiddies. I am supposed to play quads sand volleyball tonight (if the rain hold off). So I should be able to burn off some of the food I ate. I'm not over my calories yet, will have to eat light for dinner.
