So, I was super thrilled to start this and I loved almost all the foods on my weekly nutrition plan and I went out and shopped for all the ingredients to the tune of 190.00 dollars. Well, I didn't realize how much food I was going to waste because I am the only one eating it and most of the time my meal plan calls for me to only eat half a serving. Yikes! I don't have this kind of money to waste. I am going to have to be more diligent about repeating meals throughout the week by adjusting the plan.
