Crazy week....

and up a pound, but I'm honestly not that concerned. There were a lot going on this week both good and bad, the bad leading to some comfort-eating and the good leading to not enough time and not enough energy to plan ahead because of the bad stuff.

And you know what, that's ok. Life happens, and it's going to continue to happen whether I want to count my points or not. The point is that I'm back in the zone know, and will simply continue this new course of mine!

Oh and testing went fine, body sure enjoyed getting real food in it again though overall the fast didn't seem to have too much difference on my weight either way. I go to the doc on Monday to see the results.

Ok, so I'm really hungry! I have to do a clear fluids diet for the next 2 days for testing Monday morning, and I tell you by Monday morning I am going to be B$&#@y! I hoping that it doesn't wreak havoc with my metabolism, it was going so well! I'll definitely be within point ranges though!

    Hope all went well. I hate those fasts. I have only had to do over night but I get very dizzy and lightheaded when I don't eat. Don't get me started about the migraines. Let us know how it all went. Good luck !

    Well, that just doesn't sound like any fun. Friend just finished prep for colonoscopy and she has gained 5 pounds. I didn't ask her how many days she has been on liquids but I'm wondering what kinds of liguids she was drinking to retain that many pounds. Must have been full of S A L T . I know that I usually lose about 5 pounds and then once I start eating again I put it right back on.
