it's almost 3 months after having baby, and I have lost 43 lbs. I have 35 to go to be back to where I was before becoming pregnant. Then I will have to carry on losing like I was before. Motivation is hard, and I had a bad weekend, over indulging. how do I stop those days?
1 would be fine, but not both days.
Hoping this coming weekend will be better!

Baby is one month old today

I got back on the treadmill and started lifting my kettle bell weights this week. I feel good, and I really hope the motivation lasts for a while. Baby is sleeping a little longer at times now so I feel a bit more energized. Not going to push myself too much, But I don't want to use him as an excuse to not take care of myself either.

I hope to get in at least 3 days that I exercise this week. Last week I did 2 days.
Wishing for sleep this week to keep me going. emoticon

34 weeks preggo

I've gained alot of weight during my pregnancy, gestational diabetes doesnt help any. But I have only 6 weeks left to go. I have been drinking lots of water and eating right, I just retain alot of fluid. Feeling pumped to get back on the wagon, Here's to getting it all off after baby comes! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have conquered not smoking for almost 5 months now. emoticon
Summer is such a motivator to get you going. I feel like I just want to be out doing stuff. My husband and I took up playing badminton. We are also scoping out local hiking trails.
I am starting to move more, and feel great.
Now to start eating healthier. Pizza and I are best friends.. I have to end that friendship to get ahead. lol
wish me luck!

emoticon We were married a week ago. I feel like I am stress free right now, nothing to plan. I can work on a better me.

    I love pizza! What I do for a low-cal alternative is use an english muffin (cut in 1/2, so 2 pieces) or a whole wheat pita, and put like 1/4 cup tomato sauce on it, 2T of mozzarella cheese, and fill it with veggies like onions, red pepper, mushrooms, etc. I add turkey pepperoni if I have it, too. The whole pizza is typically like 300 calories or less, and definitely hits the pizza-craving spot. emoticon

well my birthday just passed.
we did indulge, i will admit it.

week 10 of not smoking. I'm sure I have put on a couple of pounds. but that goes with it i'm sure.
things will get back to normal soon. our 43 days of rain is now over and i feel less sleepy and irritable then i did before.
going to get my bike out this week :)
