it's almost 3 months after having baby, and I have lost 43 lbs. I have 35 to go to be back to where I was before becoming pregnant. Then I will have to carry on losing like I was before. Motivation is hard, and I had a bad weekend, over indulging. how do I stop those days?
1 would be fine, but not both days.
Hoping this coming weekend will be better!
