Today is my birthday! I am going to try and start exercising using my new exercise DVDs!!

sleep center results

I just graduated from the sleep center in a little over a month! yea
I don't have to see my sleep Doctor for a year! I just have to go to the sleep center for medication refills. I thank god for all of the technology advances and for the C-Pap Machine!

Will keep posting on my progression!

Found out on thursday that my legs move 25 to 34 times an hour while I am sleeping! This is causing me to wake up! So This is part of my sleeping problem! Got put on a med for this!
I possibly may also have to sleep with an oxygen machine at night too!
Some answers at least! Will post more information next week when I get more definitive answers!
