Birthday Gift excitement

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I asked for and got Chalene Extreme for my birthday. I'm going to finish the Turbo Fire program and then do the hybrid of both programs. I am psyched. A little mad at myself. Gained 2 pounds. I was helping a girlfriend paint her dad's house and didn't have time to do that work and my regular workout. Ate fast food in my calorie range, but bread is a killer. Didn't eat enough fruit and veggies. Today is a new day and I'm back on track. Thanks for all the positive feedback fellow spark people.

    Knowing what you need to do differently is an important part of changing something, so you are moving in the right direction. Personally, I think doing good deeds should automatically make you lose 5 pounds (lol), but even though it doesn't work that way, at least you are coming out of it lighter in /spirit/.

How much longer do you have of Turbo? I have ChaLEAN Extreme, too, but haven't tried it yet.

Did the HIIT 15 and burned 232 calories, then topped off with the 30 min. Turbo Sculpt. I'm going to be hurting tomorrow. But I love it!!!
