**this is about girl issues, if you are easy offended or grossed out do not read**

Long story but I went to the GYN for my heavy cycles and she put me on the mini-pill to help thin my lining. Well I have been bleeding for a month and it's messed with my depression and my weight! Grrr I just worked my a$$ off and lost 15 pounds and now I am stuck and not losing thanks to this pill. ARRRRGGGGHHHHH! I have been working out like a maniac and not losing :*( This whole thing is a mess.

Aw... I HATE HATE HATE hormonal birth control. I was on it and couldn't lose any weight at all. I stayed at 206 for weeks and finally got fed up and quit the pill. That's when I actually started losing weight! I sure hope you get it figured out and can get on something that will help you and not mess with your body and mind... good luck! If ANYONE can sympathize.... I am the one. Remember that I bled for almost 2 years. :( I hope you get it sorted out soon. I think the weight I lost fixed my problem completely, to be honest, I am now on my third cycle that has stopped and started all by itself! Report Inappropriate Comment

Here is my Plan of Action for today through the 22! Time to take no prisoners!


This Week:
Mon: 5:30pm Spin and 6:30 Body Pump burned 1060 calories!
Tue: rest day
Wed: 8:30am spin and 9:30 Body Pump burned 1131 calories!
Thur: Run
Fri: 9:00am boot camp and 10:30 Stretch class
Sat: 8:20 Spin
Sun: 1:30 Total Body class and 2:30 Yoga class

Next Week:
Mon: 9am Boot Camp
Tue: 6pm Spin
